24-hour Cancellation Policy
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all neurofeedback sessions, Reiki sessions, in-person and phone coaching sessions, and in-person and zoom art classes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at lease 24 hours notice.
Cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that life happens. In cases of sudden illness, emergencies, or extreme weather, exceptions may be made at my discretion.

Pricing
As of August 2026:
Neurofeedback: 1 hour (15 min check-in, 45 min neurofeedback), $70
Equine Partnered Coaching: 1 hour, $100
Reiki: 1 hour, with or without herd: $90
Wednesday, 6-9pm, 3 hour Women's Circle: $250 for the 6 week session
Tuesday, 11am-1pm, 2 hour Women's Circle: $210 for the 6 week session

Payments
Preferred payment methods are cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle with no fees. Please contact me for my mailing address if you're mailing a check, or for my Venmo info.
Credit card payments are also available through PayPal with a 3.5% processing fee. Please contact me and I'll send you an invoice through PayPal.
If you ever have a question about payment, just reach out, it's always okay to ask!
Refunds for Events
Your payment reserves your spot in the event (Women's Circles, Meditations with the Herd, etc) Because space is limited and your seat is held just for you:
•All payments are final.
•Payments are non-refundable once registered.
•If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else (please let me know in advance so I can get her any pertinent information about the event.
